An Artist, a Daughter, a Learner

To be a writer is to portray what the heart wants to say. The heart may want to wallow in suffering to squeeze every inch of art out or it may want to escape the reality of life. Either way, I did not choose to be a writer— I simply became addicted to the feelings I ensued in people’s hearts when I wrote. I speak from my heart to yours, whomever you may be, wherever you may be.
